We welcome adults and students 6th grade and older to serve in our kids ministries! Please complete the form for each volunteer in your family.

Our Sunday preschool class meets in the Purple room, our Sunday Elementary class meets in the Loft, and Kids Club is our Wednesday Night ministry. We are hoping to add a short Elementary small group time split by grades to the end of the morning on Sundays. Check as many boxes as you are interested.

Abuse Prevention Plan
For the security and safety of our children and volunteers, Oak Haven Church requires all adult volunteers who work with children to complete an Abuse Prevention Screening application, submit to a background check and complete our Ministry Safe Training. Please indicate the appropriate response.
