Please register below for your Date Night! If you will be using childcare, complete the rest of the form below.  Donations will be accepted which will go towards summer camp, Blitz or youth missions week for the students who provide care for your children!

*Children can be brought to church anytime beginning at 4:30 pm. Please pick up by 7:30 pm.

*Please pack dinner for your child. We will provide a snack later in the evening.
